We're looking for a Healthcare Entrepreneur to lead the expansion of our XR healthcare platform throughout Germany! With SyncVR Medical it s our mission to improve healthcare with Virtual/Augmented Reality (XR). Do you want to make an impact on the lives of patients and healthcare professionals? Requirements

Germany is by far the most important European market and it is your goal is to establish complete market leadership there. Currently, we're active in 30 German hospitals and have a team of 3-5 business developers in Germany, next to >10 in NL/DK/UK. As the Healthcare Entrepreneur Germany, it is your goal to:

• Grow our partner base to 100+ hospitals in the upcoming year
• Hire and lead a team of 5-10 business developers
• Set up partnerships with high potential XR healthcare companies to join our XR App Store
• Get our XR treatments as a DiGa into reimbursable healthcare

Everything from cold calling sales sessions on the phone, reaching out to partner companies, giving XR demos in hospitals (with long hours in train/bus), entering new markets, traveling throughout Europe or discussing the next developments with our tech team: you will do everything that is necessary towards SyncVR Medical becoming the largest medical XR platform in Europe.
