What we are looking for

Workist is looking for a Demand Generation Manager (m/f/x) to join the Growth team in Berlin.

As a Demand Generation Manager you will help us build the foundation for how our marketing team drives the sales pipeline. As an early member of the Growth team, you ll wear many demand generation hats from driving awareness, creating content, launching campaigns, optimizing our lead funnel, to running A/B experiments. You ll work closely with sales and marketing teammates, and will report to the Head of Growth.

This is your mission

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute campaigns that achieve quarterly pipeline goals
  • Manage budgets, measure and report on pipeline targets, and continually optimize campaigns to increase ROI
  • Launch integrated campaigns leveraging content, email, web, ads, virtual events, vendors, and more
  • Partner with sales on targets, campaigns, scoring, follow-up strategies, lead management, and reporting
  • Optimize our online experience from paid ads and the website to lead capture

Your profile

Required Experience/Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience with B2B demand generation in a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of hitting pipeline targets and contribution to revenue growth
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, display, email, social, and web
  • You like working with data, enjoy measuring, and love to optimize
  • You are a self-starter who spots opportunities and takes ownership
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating across teams. You can effectively partner with sales and customer success
  • You are fluent in German and English
