We are looking for a talented and Experienced Cloud & DevOps Engineer to join our team. You are responsible for implementing and maintaining a continuous integration and deployment pipeline and the operation and management of our Applications and Azure cloud services.

Tasks

You will be key in automate the deployment of applications, microservices and cloud infrastructure. Furthermore, you will provide assistance with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) efforts, automation, and consistent delivery of self-service offerings. You will work closely with developers and business analysts, and collaborate with product owners and software developers to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain REST APIs.

In cross-functional teams you will deploy new features and fixes into production, participate in setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems on all infrastructure components. Moreover, you will participate in the design of architecture for both application clusters and services. In this function you will use custom-scripting build and deployment processes using PowerShell, and other scripting languages like Bash.

You definitely need some years of experience in .Net application development and deployment/DevOps engineering, excellent knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker technologies, and experience with working with microservices architectures. Then knowledge of developing and emerging standards in server side and REST APIs, experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and in designing and implementing infrastructure as code as well as experience with agile practices, working daily with agile teams to deliver product commitments.

Your excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably in German (any additional languages are of course welcome) help you deal professionally with internal and external stakeholders. And by the way, Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert certification would also be extremely helpful.
