PMO 100% Remote

We are a 100% remote consultancy based in Berlin. We provide high quality consulting and services to our clients in roles such as Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coaches and Process Consultants. Our clients book us to fill a missing position in a project or to troubleshoot issues in an ongoing project.Internally, we work 100% remotely and mostly asynchronously and strive for a sociocratic company culture to create the best possible workplace.Knowing that this means we must constantly change and improve, we are always looking for motivated people to help us do so.

Tasks

• Deliver high quality services to our clients.
• Supervising multiple projects
• Integration and analysis of time, cost, resource and quality data
• Program/project planning and scheduling including structure plan
• Risk and opportunity management (Risk & Opportunity Management)
• Performance monitoring (tracking of milestones), control and reporting, phase reviews
• Configuration control/change management with regard to contract data
• Implementation management for PM process and tools

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German
• You have successfully completed a degree at a university of applied sciences in a commercial field (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering).
• You have experience in the commercial management of major projects.
• You understand the processes and interrelationships of the PMO disciplines to support project execution in terms of the business management system
• You have experience in risk and opportunity management
• You are confident in the use of project management tools and MS-Office, MS-Project and Excel, Confluence, Jira, ClickUp
• Ideally, you have already worked with SAP
• You are characterized by your structured and efficient work organization and approach and have very good moderation and presentation skills
