We are Winsales - a newly found start-up by 3 ex-BCGers who put their heart into the digitalization of sales. We operate along with our 3C principle: Consulting, Coaching & Change and thereby commit to dust-off legacy sales foundations.

How does this work?

We identify opportunities to shape a new sales reality. Our job is to get our clients interested in both digital and sustainable future for their sales organization. This often includes a new sales operating model, a versatile way of approaching customers (which does not include 500 km s on the road every day), a stronger role for data and CRM usage, and most importantly, a well-equipped and trained sales force that is optimistic about taking this new path.

So far, our forward-looking concepts, coupled with in-depth industry knowledge, ensure rapid growth for Winsales. We have been on the market for less than a year and already have customers from various industries spread across Europe. To build on this success, we are looking for talented and motivated colleagues like you to join us in shaping the DNA of Winsales while growing our business European-wide to a New Level.

Tasks

Your role

  • We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Sales Digitalization Expert in the area of Sales Transformation & Change
  • Our Senior Sales Digitalization Experts take over full client responsibility from project scoping to the design and implementation of our Next Level Sales transformation curriculum
  • They are generalists/ allrounders with a strong passion for sales and people
  • They handle various client counterparts and dive deep into different organizations
  • They teach sales reps in times of transformation empathically and compassionately
  • They collaborate with clients C-Level and find impactful ways to drive change throughout client organizations
  • They are an integral part of the Winsales leadership team and report directly to our C-Level

Would you be up to:

  • lead client projects independently with the objective to design a new sales reality?
  • support and coach up to 300 field sales reps to spice up their technical and sales skills to work in a new virtual now?
  • develop new sales scholars and training materials for the B2B sales rep of tomorrow ?
  • engage with clients C-Level weekly by using your effective project management skills and bringing in new perspectives and ideas to transform their status quo?
  • train internal client counterparts to become your second self in a train-the-trainer approach?
  • connect with sales supporting functions such as marketing, communications, and product management to conceptualize customer-centric offerings that boost every sales reps performance?
  • collaborate with controlling to design insightful steering dashboards and ensure data is collected and used effectively?
  • engage with Winsales management to build development opportunities in a progressive, systematic, and routine fashion?

Requirements

Your profile

  • You have several years of experience (+3 years) in consulting/ training/ change management/ transformation
  • You can structure day-long or multi-day training face-to-face and remote for groups of 10+ learners and develop dynamic training curriculums
  • You are passionate about teaching and inspiring others and take energy from engaging and working with individuals and teams
  • You are a relationship builder with winning communication and excellent presentation skills
  • You generally enjoy change and can navigate through various environments
  • You are talented in making complex things simple
  • You are an expert in designing PowerPoint Decks and in using Microsoft Teams
  • You can conduct basic data checks with Microsoft Excel
  • You are fluent in German and English and one other language (French would be a huge plus)
  • Optional: You can apply your numerical and data analysis skills to derive further insights for business development
