Web Geo Services is developing fast, very fast and our Customer Care team needs reinforcements! We are therefore looking for our new Presales Engineer F/M in Paris.

Tasks

Your working environment

In a beautiful building in the 9th arrondissement (the place to be in Paris!), a few minutes walk from the Saint-Lazare train station, beautiful open-space premises with a sunny terrace, indoor petanque court and Nintendo Classic Mini.

Your team

You will work under the responsibility of Adrien, our Presales Manager, and with an international team of brilliant presales engineers.

Your mission

You will be responsible for pre-sales and advice on the products published and distributed by Web Geo Services :

• analysis of new clients business/technical needs
• definition and argumentation of the proposed solutions
• preparation and execution of demonstrations necessary for pre-sales actions
• updating presentation materials (technical marketing)
• onboarding of new customers;

You will provide assistance on the products published and distributed by Web Geo Services (handling and following up on customer and Web Geo Services tickets, writing guides, emails and other support for the use of products by customers).

Requirements

In addition to your presales skills, you'll need to :

• Have a strong technical background, particularly in the field of APIs and the Cloud
• Knowledge of the world of SaaS development and an interest in geolocation
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to manage both technical and generalist profiles
• Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus
• Work independently, manage priorities, be rigorous, organised and reactive
• Ability to work in a multicultural, dynamic and collaborative environment
• Knowing how to light a barbecue and the basics of mountain survival would be a plus
