Technical Product Manager (F/M/D)

The Opportunity

Are you ready to take ownership of the NavVis Cloud web application, and enable a stable, secure and reliable platform for hosting & managing our reality capture platform?

In this role, you will closely work with Software & Infrastructure engineers, UI/UX designers, Product managers, customer-facing teams, and the CTO to determine strategic priorities and translate them into product enhancements. You will be a crucial part of our Product Web & Cloud team, which manages our reality capture platform, NavVis IVION. People that are part of this team actively shape the future of 3D reality capture and visualization technologies, bringing state-of-the-art cloud-based software to customers around the globe.
We are looking for your expertise to shape the discovery & development processes in our empowered product teams!

How you will make an impact

• You will improve the overall visibility of IVION as SaaS and convince enterprise customers to move to cloud to be on the leading edge of technology
• You will take ownership of the initiatives connected & influenced to company OKR's and lead the smooth transition to SaaS
• You will use your curiosity for continuous improvement by deep-diving into our customers' needs, their workflows, and use cases, as well as the reality capture industry
• You will play an active part in translating opportunities into product requirements and prioritizing them accordingly
• You will be empowered to successfully deliver solutions in very close collaboration with software engineers, designers, and program managers support strategy to migrate our Enterprises from current setup to Kubernetes
• You will proactively bring together all stakeholder voices to the table, driving key decisions, and removing roadblocks for the team to deliver
• You will leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to measure our products' progress towards NavVis' strategic goals, and translate this data into action
• You will play a key role in redesigning the workflow and corresponding UI improvements

What will help you succeed in the role

• A Master / Bachelor degree in computer science or electrical engineering (or similar)
• 2-3 years Product Management experience with focus on SaaS software
• Technical knowledge and motivation to build cloud B2B SaaS software
• Previous experience as a developer
• Demonstrated experience with agile software development processes from prototyping to release
• A natural curiosity and interest to collaborate with software engineers to understand technical feasibility, dependencies and opportunities in depth
• The ability to see the bigger picture, a keen eye for detail and strong customer empathy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German is a plus
