Director Strategy (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Coordinate strategic-relevant activities together with the top management
• Lead a team of 2-5 strategy managers and analysts (team size will grow with company size)
• Coordinate relevant analyses and execution monitoring with product and marketing functions
• Drive creativity and execution with regards to strategic growth activities
• Ensure close alignment between strategy, product marketing functions
• Ensure proper analysis of all potential strategic initiatives and analysis and decision making on portfolio level
• Develop the financial growth plan and ensure that growth initiatives meet the financial targets

Your profile

• At least 6 years experience from relevant similar jobs or top 10 firm strategy consulting
• Proven management experience at least 3 years experience from leadership roles or senior roles in consulting
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong project management skills
• Familiarity with the healthcare, pharma and pharmacy market
• Track record from competitive environments
• Very good quantitative skill set, strong financial modelling experience
• Fluency in German and English language
