UI/UX Designer (Remote in Germany)

We love to create great software for the needs of customers ranging from the next big startup to major corporations. Our goal is to deliver a product that isn t only great today but also builds a solid foundation for whatever happens in the future.

We founded devterm in 2020, have been growing since and now need your help to strengthen our team as a Designer.

Tasks

• You are in close contact with our clients to ideate new features, gather, evaluate user requirements and consult them on great UI/UX.
• You design application designs based on the exploration conducted with the client and the development team in close collaboration with our Design Lead, from design systems to UI mockups and prototypes.
• You introduce new design ideas and surprise us and our clients on a regular basis.
• You will be conducting and analyzing user interviews, usability tests and other research methods

Requirements

• You must have experience in web/app design or visualization. You should be familiar with at least one modern design software such as Figma, Adobe XD or comparable.
• It would be great if you bring an additional skill such as project management, web development, quality assurance or anything else relevant to a software company.
• You speak fluent German and English and enjoy being in close contact with our various clients.

• Though we work remotely, we re going to speak to each other at least once a day in daily stand-ups or our planning sessions and retros.

• You re free to work wherever and whenever you want, but if you ever feel the need to work out of an office, we can always get you another desk in a coworking space.
• We ll be paying you a fair wage depending on your skill level in a 35h/week contract with 30 days vacation/year.
