Customer Service Agent in Puurs (with Dutch and English)

We from Adecco Belgium are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent in Puurs, who will join the team of our partner DSV.

Tasks

As a Customer Service Agent you will join our Solutions department, specialized in warehousing.

• You will be responsible for the flawless management of the logistical services of one or more customers.
• You act as a liaison between the customer and internal departments or external stakeholders.
• You ensure that the correct data and planning is available for the inbound-, order pick-, VAL- and outbound process in the Warehouse.
• Besides the follow-up of the daily service to the customer you signal uncertainties.
• Together with your manager and colleagues, you develop procedures to improve the efficiency and quality of our service.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

• You like the challenge of finding your way in a complex environment.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have an affinity with the logistics sector.
• You continue to work efficiently under pressure.
• You are a good communicator.
• Language skills: Dutch: very good, English: good.
• Good knowledge of the common MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
