For our client a global investment bank we are looking for a Senior Associate / Vice President to join its successful Healthcare Team.
Tasks
- Executing international M&A cross-border transactions
- Keeping up to date about global sector developments, M&A, equity and debt related issues
- Identify and support with business development opportunities
- Assessing company valuations, developing DCF, LBO models
- Coordination and supervision of junior team members
Requirements
- 5- 9 years experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance / M&A or within a top-tier management consulting company with a focus on Healthcare transactions
- Very good modeling and analytical skills, ability to handle valuation reports with all relevant methodologies
- Ability to train and mentor more junior colleagues
- Excellent Bachelor or Master s degree with a focus on Finance or Business Administration
