Hotels Baska Voda d.d. is a company with more than 37 years of tradition, founded back in 1984., based in Ba ka Voda. Hotels Ba ka Voda in their business includes hotel and restaurant offers.

Our facilities are located in the most attractive and prestigious locations along the beaches crowned with the Blue Flag.

In the immediate vicinity, there is a nature park "Biokovo" which is an ideal destination for exploring all the natural and cultural beauties of Dalmatia.

Tasks

• Cooking dishes in the restaurant (a la carte)
• Compliance with sanitary norms, personal hygiene rules and rules of use of products (storage, processing)
• Control of cleanliness in the kitchen, refrigerators and freezers, cleaning of the workplace
• Work according to the company's standards and technology cards
• Compliance with the rules of internal labor regulations
• Attending in inventory.

Requirements

• Working in one of our a-la-carte restaurants (Italian cuisine, Steak restaurant, Fish restaurant, Beach restaurant and nightclub).
• Team player with a high level of cooking skills. Experience in grill position, meat knowledge, pizza and pasta.
• High level of motivation and focus on the final taste and quality of the dish. Working experience 2+ years in the position of cook in required cuisine

Working time - 6 days per week * (240 hours per month) not over 60 hours per week

Accommodation in staff house 4 persons in a room

Salary 800 euros per month (not later than 15th of next month after working month)
