Warehouse Operations Manager - NRW Region

What will keep you challenged

• You will be Magaloop s Supply Chain representative at the NRW Area

• Managing the partnership with 1 to 2 Warehouses / Fulfilment Providers

• Enabling our partners to perform according to our SLAs

• Split between visiting the Warehouses and remote work of 50%-50%

• Supervising overall Area Operations (e.g. goods Inbound, order Inbound, Warehouse Operations, Delivery)

• Monitoring Warehouse KPIs and prepare summaries and reports

• Handling exceptions in a fast developing department

These traits will contribute to your success

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience within the field of Supply Chain and/or Logistics with first-hand experience in warehouse management (inbound and outbound)

• Experience in dealing with a fast-paced environment and fast volume growth (start-up experience highly welcomed)

• Focus on improving Process Quality short-term and long-term

• Hands-on mentality: Independent, thorough and goal-oriented

• Minimum 2 years experience in engaging and building internal and external relationships

• Digital experienced who is interested in exploring new tools and systems

• Ability to work and coordinate with internal stakeholders

• Fluency in English (C1) and German (C1)

• Drivers B license is required
