This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the growth of the company, working alongside other colleagues from the Marketing department. This is a new strategic role within the company to work closely with Marketing, Sales and Product Management departments to shape the vision of the product, create innovative use cases and communicate it effectively to potential customers and partners. As the ideal candidate, your goal is to understand the key benefits of the product and create the marketing collateral to support our sales efforts to customers, technology and channel partners. You will be involved in fast-paced day-to-day marketing, sales and product management activities, as well as long-term strategy. Last but not least, you will be empowered and accountable for a wide range of initiatives, which will give you the opportunity to own your career path and shape the future of Glartek and AR.
Tasks
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends and market dynamics
- Define positioning, go-to-market messaging, and strategies for the products
- Create valuable and engaging content for our website and partner websites that attracts and converts our target groups, such as videos and blog posts
- Create offline content, such as whitepapers, presentations, and case studies, to be used by the Sales teams and partners
- Organize, create, and proof read the product documentation
- Oversee and approve online and print marketing material, from website banners and videos to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and partners and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
- Create a B2B marketing strategy that target potential channel partners
- Research, identify and engage with potential channel partners
- Enable and train sales and technical employees of channel partners on the value proposition and the products
- Team with partners to identify and build a pipeline of opportunities
- Assist partner salespersons on sales opportunities
- Organize and/or attend events or run Webinars to represent the company and promote the company s products to potential customers and partners to generate inbound leads.
- Prepare the launch of new product version
- Brief the press and analysts about new products or new releases
- Research competitor offerings

- BSc/MSc in Marketing, Computer-science, Industrial Engineering, or related field

- Fluent in English, and able to communicate in Portuguese
- Available to travel: 5 to 10% of the time
