Growth Marketing (Vertical) Lead - Affiliate Marketing (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE JOB

As our Growth Marketing Lead, you will be leading the vertical (Industry) team and your main mission is to increase the vertical's profits together with your team. Therefore you will be responsible for defining top-notch strategies for the vertical and ensuring that everyone in the vertical team is aligned to it. You should be aware of the major activities of the team members and represent vertical performance to the management.

Tasks

• Develop vertical/growth strategies and lead their execution working in a cross-functional environment with marketing, sales & product teams
• Identify growth opportunities based on market insights
• Define and deliver analytics to support strategic initiatives and influence the vertical growth
• Monitor ROIs daily and run root-cause analysis to make sure that immediate action is taken
• Take responsibility for the P&L of verticals that generate an annually seven-digit turnover
• Coordinate and translate the activities and changes of SEM and Sales to other departments
• Set up OKRs for the vertical and coordinate an alignment of all team members
• Report on a weekly and monthly basis to the management team about the performance, challenges and priorities of the verticals
• Run feedback talks supporting your vertical team members in their professional development

Requirements

THAT IS WHAT YOU VE GOT!

• 3+ years of experience managing SEA campaigns
• Leadership experience as a team coordinator, team lead or similar
• Strong communicator
• Experience with affiliate marketing is a must
• Great attention to detail, data-driven and strategic thinking
• Strong project & stakeholder management skills is a plus
• Experience using SEO and / or SEA Tools
• Experience with comparison sites is a plus
• Enjoy working within a rapidly changing, fast-moving organization with startup energy
