Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)

Tasks

At SDA, we are hiring UI/UX Designers to optimize the user experience of our next-level industrial automation systems, working closely with product managers, developers and management to bring the design of our platform to life.

• Collaboration with our Product Managers to translate the vision into a tangible, understandable and easy to use product
• Participation in all phases of the product development process, from discovery to delivery to iteration
• Build prototypes and setup user tests to learn about the users and validate your ideas
• Design and deliver elegant and delightful product experiences
• Conduct user research and data analysis

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in user experience, interaction design and/or interface design with a strong portfolio
• Hands on experience with different high and low fidelity prototypes and knowledge when to apply them
• Good sense of visual design and solid knowledge of design principles for web development
• Experience in design & prototyping tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Axure, InDesign, Balsamiq, Sketch, Invision or similar)
• Experience in creating and analyzing user tests as well as user data
• Good understanding of information architecture
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
• Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and ability to deal with ambiguity
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred

• Experience in a multinational technology company
• Experience in customer value co creation workshops
