Product Manager (d/w/m)

What will keep you challenged

• Build a growth strategy plan to acquire new users by defining the target segment
• Identify personas and align them to the most efficient acquisition channels
• Define and monitor Growth KPIs for our business
• Apply behavioural psychology to the customer experience funnel to improve the product s design, and run A/B tests and execute in an agile manner.
• Analyse the user lifecycle- from activation to retention and referral and deploy experiments to improve the lifetime value (LTV) and decrease churn.
• Lay down the processes to scale and enable international growth as the business evolves

These traits will contribute to your success

• You have at least 2 years of proven experience in designing product features for fast growing internet business
• You have experience in cross-functional collaboration with business, design engineering and marketing teams
• You are able to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis simultaneously and draw meaningful insights (Tableau and/or SQL knowledge is advantageous to extract business insights)
• You have an open minded, fast thinking and team oriented personality
• You speak English fluently (C1 or above)
