Head of BIM / Chief BIM Officer

While Frances had built up enough momentum to reform US society, the digitization of the construction industry and the adoption of BIM (or whatever it is called in the future) are still held back by friction. Above all, it takes someone like her: determined not to settle for the status quo and with good ideas to change it for the better.

We are a seed-stage tech company founded by serial entrepreneurs and industry veterans with at least 15 years of experience with great successes and humbling failures under our belts. We have the vision to build products and services that will make the latest advances and technologies available to all sizes of businesses in the construction industry and help to solve some of their most urgent problems.

We have an MVP, first customers and partners and we have secured 7-digit pre-seed funding. To complete our team, we are looking for a Head of BIM / Chief BIM Officer as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Work closely with the product, customer success and tech team to formulate and implement a BIM strategy to realize our shared vision and significantly drive the broader adoption of BIM and other technology-driven concepts in the construction industry
• Develop comprehensive service and product offering for the BIM ecosystem to make quality-assured BIM expertise available and accessible to every developer, construction company, general contractor, architect, etc
• Drive our thought-leadership together with customers, partners, associations to make our company the linchpin of the transformation

Requirements

• You have extensive (>5 years) experience in BIM - either as a consultant, educator, technologist or heavy user - and have a passion for helping others to reach their full BIM potential
• Background in Architecture required
• You love interacting with people and have a natural ability to explain complex issues in a comprehensible way
• You speak and write English and German, other European languages would be advantageous
• Extra plus: Affinity to or experience in start-ups or tech companies
