IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Tasks

Your playground:

• You are responsible for commissioning, configuration, maintenance and replacement of all our hardware and software, including conference equipment.
• You provide onsite and remote IT support for all our employees and offer all your technical expertise in a service-orientated manner.
• You maintain and manage licenses and users of all our IT systems.
• You set up best practices and relevant processes, systems and tools with view to our further growth.

Requirements

Your skills:

• You have completed professional training in IT-related subjects OR you can convince us with your relevant work experience in that field.
• You have solid work experience in Windows and MacOs (installation, operations and troubleshooting) as well as Office356.
• You know how to structure and run your work independently whilst keeping a high service mentality and a team player attitude.
• You enjoy working on-site and interacting with your colleagues.
