Intern Business Development (f/d/m)

CEEZER is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Intern (f/d/m). You ll work closely with an experienced founding team and learn how to scale a company. Additionally, you ll develop a cross-functional perspective in a very fast-moving and VC-funded startup and will work on many exciting aspects of our business:

Tasks

• Support our commercial team to execute go-to-market strategies
• Maintain and manage the customer pipeline in our CRM tool
• Prepare and support meetings for new and existing customers
• Own daily operations and manage business development projects with full accountability
• Generate new leads and business opportunities
• Establish active communication and strong relations with prospects and customers
• Conduct competitive market research
• Develop and document standard processes and best practices

Requirements

• You are approaching the final steps of your academic (bachelor/master) career with excellent results
• You have previous internship experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or another high-performance environment
• You adapt quickly to changing priorities in an evolving business environment
• You are eager to learn from an experienced founding team and senior employees
• You have a strong willingness to go the extra mile without shying away from tasks that simply need to get done
• You have excellent communication skills in English and German
• You hold a valid German work permit or are able to legally work in the European Union
