IoT Backend Developer

Tasks

• You discuss requirements for IoT solutions directly with the customer and then work out technical concepts
• In a proof of concept, you demonstrate your deep technical understanding and let your software development skills shine
• The customer feels optimally advised and supported by you and Concept Reply until the product is ready to run and beyond
• Fun and a good customer relationship are of course part of the technical implementation
• You share your newly acquired knowledge with the team, and at the same time you continue to develop yourself on the basis of your individual development plan

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, mathematics, natural sciences or engineering with a focus on software development
• Strong software development skills such as Java, JavaScript / Node.js, SQL / noSQL databases and cloud computing (Azure, AWS)
• Basic experience in technologies like JavaEE, Spring, Websockets and Event-Driven Architecture (MQTT, AMQP, Apache Kafka)
• Knowledge in Continuous Integration and Deployment as well as Project Management and Communication (Scrum, Kanban, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Git, Slack)
• You have fluent oral and written communication skills in English and German and are willing to travel from time to time
