Recruitment Research Analyst in Munich

My client is looking for a:

Recruitment Research Analyst

German and English speaking to support their team & key clients

Munich based

Tasks

Sourcing candidates and initiating contact

Screening and interviewing

Mapping candidate pools

Using social media, databases and internet searches to create contact lists

Gather information to input to databases and present research papers

Liaising with recruitment consultants

Identifying suitable candidates from their database

General office administration, office management and interview arranging

Requirements

Fluent German and English

Suitable telephone manner and communication skills

Ability to build relationships with candidates & clients

Ability to maintain a volume of calls

Some understanding of financial markets with enthusiasm to learn the details quickly

Organised and methodical with good attention to detail

Good computer skills

University degree in administration, economist, finance or related is ideal
