Job Description

Our products fill the need of brands in the field of Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods for a personalized brand experience and a better shelf visibility in retail and for home delivery. Amongst Inuru s customers are the most valuable brands worldwide.

In order to support the growth of the company we are searching for a Mechatronics Engineer

Tasks

  • Assist in the design of robotic and intelligent production equipment
  • Develop production line parts and build prototypes of manufacturing machinery
  • Work in an engineering team on the development of highly sophisticated production machinery ranging from InkJet printers, PVD systems, R2R lamination, inert gas systems and cleanrooms
  • Manage electrical and mechanical systems
  • Test and install new equipment
  • Create SOPs for operation procedures and maintenance

Requirements

  • At best you have 3 years of experience in designing production machinery for the semiconductor industry that use vacuum equipment, printing equipment and inert gas chambers
  • Ideally you have scaled up production processes in the past and know common challenges and solutions to it
  • Ideally you have proven experience (at 2 years) in the industrial production of OLED lighting or displays, ideally with printing processes
  • Ideally you can automatize production lines with robots and conveyor belts that use high accuracy
  • Experience in PLC programming and SMEMA
  • Ability to dive into leading-edge and highly innovative technology and manufacturing processes
  • Self-motivated and creative/innovative
  • Data-driven with strong documentation, data analysis, reporting, and communication skills
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Strong team player
