(Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d)

About the Position

As a Company Builder with a central product & tech organization, you will come into contact with several projects, teams and customers. Since our customers primarily come from the German middle class, a professional appearance is a prerequisite. You form the interface between our innovation and development teams, as well as between our customers and our teams.

Requirements

• You have relevant experience (3-5 years) in product management, ideally in a start-up environment
• You have experience in leading teams
• You are experienced in dealing with customers
• You are familiar with the basics of UX/UI design
• You have conceptual and analytical skills, as well as strong team and communication skills
• For you, a high level of self-motivation, independent thinking and acting as well as great commitment are not foreign words
• You are resilient and flexible
• You have a very good command of German and English, both spoken and written

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for the conception and implementation of our products
• You will functionally lead two interdisciplinary teams of designers, front- and backend developers at two locations (Berlin and Poland)
• You are responsible for the development of the product, starting with the design, continuing with the development of MVPs and sometimes even entire platforms up to the market entry of our newly founded ventures
