Tasks

This position will be
responsible for managing all aspects of Inside Sales and Sales Operations from
Lead qualification, quote inquiry, sourcing of product, order processing,
backlog management and follow through of delivery to the customers location. Are

success. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will work directly with
clients to understand their requirements and deliver in conjunction with the
external sales team. The primary objective of this role is to develop new
customer and provide full support to our existing European Customers and Sales
teams to maximize sales for Rahi Europe.

Inside Sales - support the European Sales teams on all pre-& post sales
enquiries. This includes but is not limited to quotations, order entry, CRM
updates, delivery issues and complaints etc. Build & develop relationships
with Rahi sales and operational teams to maximise customer satisfaction.

Leads take responsibility for lead qualification. Liasie with
customer, engineering and or sales to find a suitable product offering for
customer request. Create opportunity in CRM and be fully responsible from the
lead creation, quotation, order right through to product delivery.

Work in team with Sales
Manager
s to become knowledgeable of client s end market,
competitive situation, and growth drivers to co-create the best possible
alignment between client s needs and Rahi s capabilities. This will include
setting the right expectations regarding process improvements, logistic
services, or any other requirements.

RMA/Credits - responsible for managing all RMA requests right thru to return of
product and initiating credits.

Reporting - generate, analyse and distribute sales reports with accuracy as
required by management.

Work with marketing and
Sales teams
to coordinate marketing and customer events as
required.

Understand the Rahi
product and service offerings
. Keep abreast
of any changes and make sure to have the most up to date information possible.

Work on own
initiative
to identify areas for potential process improvement

Collaborative team
player,
tasked with reviewing and developing the
documentation, processes, sales tools and supporting literature for the selling
of Rahi s product and service offerings

Miscellaneous, ad-hoc
tasks
must be completed as required - includes
backing-up colleagues during times of leave; assisting in induction training
for new employees; other general administrative duties as required by
Management

Requirements

Requirement:

Bachelor s degree in Business Information Systems,
Business administration or related discipline

Fluency in French & English

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
in both French and English; the ability to call, connect, and interact with
potential customers

Persuasive and goal oriented

Possesses an enthusiastic, outgoing, and positive
demeanor

Strong listening skills and ability to focus on how
a customer answer questions

Building rapport in an age when clients are adept
at sensing a lack of authenticity

Ability to professionally and confidently
communicate with mid-level management

Excellent analytical and time-management skills

Demonstrated and proven sales results

Ability to work independently or as an active
member of a team

Willingness to travel occasionally in Europe or US
for customer meetings or training purposes

- Should have a legal work permit to work in Ireland
