Entrepreneur in Residence (Technology) (m/f/d) (Working Student / Intern) - Remote

Your responsibility and tasks

• In close collaboration with the management you work on the most relevant challenges of building a company at an early stage
• You support cross-company projects at Build.One that drive the growth and ensure the scalability of the company
• As part of the company building team, you will utilize your experience and actively shape the organization and processes
• You support the implementation of strategic projects and scalable processes across different organizational functions
• You support the most important initiatives and cross-company projects. Examples include: development and initial execution of go-to-market distribution model (in particular partnerships), marketing strategy, KPI dashboard, internationalization strategy, equity & debt financing, building up a recruiting team

Your profile

• You hold a completed Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or another Technical Field with excellent grades from a leading university or business school
• You have relevant experience, preferably in a startup or in the areas of venture capital, private equity, management consulting or technology
• You possess a strong interest in technology and the startup ecosystem
• You are motivated to work hands-on and to adapt to the role of an entrepreneur
• You are used to a thorough, responsible and independent way of working, quick comprehension as well as strong communication skills
• You have the ability to work in a team and professional appearance
• You own excellent communication skills in German and English
