Content Creator/ Brand Manager

HappyGlam is a new, innovative, and exciting direct-to-consumer cosmetics start-up based in Berlin. We are building an international brand around vegan, natural, and environmentally friendly decorative cosmetics products leveraging digital marketing and social media advertisement. We are well funded and have experienced serial entrepreneurs in our founding team

Tasks

As Content Creator/ Brand Manager you will be responsible for the ideation, production and delivery of all internally generated Happyglam creative content and assets for a variaty of digital marketing channels including Paid Social advertisment, Newsletters and our Own Social Media accounts. Your tasks will include:

• Create relevant content that converts target audiences into customers, drives engagement and increases brand equity across a variety of digital makreting channels
• Develop and execute our International Marketing activtiy calendar
• Manage, shape and grow all our Happyglam Social Media accounts

Requirements

• A university degree in Marketing, Design, Communication or equivalent field is a must
• 2+ years experience in working as a content creator in-house/agency in a digital environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of creative campaigns executed across multiple digital channels
• Fully competent in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent
• Experience as brand manager in the FMCG/Beauty industy is a plus
• Self-starter, full of creative ideas however able to operate under tight deadlines
• Good communication skills in verbal and written German and English (fluency in Italian and Spanish are a plus)
