As a UI/UX Designer, a typical day at Construyo could look like this:

• Translating a product vision into simple and delightful user interfaces & experiences
• Develop standard UI components and style guides for company-wide use
• Ideation and creation of UI design deliverables in Figma: Sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes
• Work closely with our product & strategy team to plan research, gather and analyze insights, and then incorporate findings into designs
• Working alongside stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for our customers
• Identify markets trends and bring them into the team's deliberations
• Challenge always the status quo and try to come up with easier ways to solve problems

The role is a fit for you if:

• You are comfortable with being the only designer in the team (for now) and you proactively bring your design knowledge into the internal processes
• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer for a consumer-facing or SaaS product
• You have strong English & German language skills
• You have working experience with Figma or equivalent industry tools
• You have good typography skills and visual layout & design
• You have a working knowledge of responsive design, grid principles, HTML, and CSS and are aware of the technical side of a user interface
• You have experience in working in an agile environment and the ability to adapt quickly to changing product priorities
• You proactively engage with your design chapter and peers to get feedback and optimize the end-2-end customer journey
• You're open to always learning new things and are willing to think yourself into complex topics to break them down into understandable solutions
• You own a nice portfolio to show your work. Please submit this on your application
