Your Tasks

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to strengthen our Talent Acquisition Team. You will offer applicants and hiring managers a positive experience and work with us on the recruiting of tomorrow! With a lot of passion and creative ideas, you will also optimize our recruiting processes, employer branding measures and our candidate journey in all dimensions.

• You identify and create an exceptional network of potential candidates to support the growth and development of our company.
• You build a strong pipeline of talent by leveraging familiar and creative channels, especially participating in community events and leveraging key recruiting tools.
• You lead an exceptional level of quality in the end-to-end recruiting process, especially working with data and numbers (reporting) relevant to the analysis of key decisions and processes.
• You will work on projects aimed at improving our Candidate Experience, Employer Branding, our Social Media presence and our Referral Program.

Your Skills

• You are already a talent acquisition manager / recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in the field of internal talent acquisition or a recruitment agency (preferably also in a tech environment).
• You are an expert for all phases of a recruitment process, from advertisement to offer and experienced in keeping track of the daily communication with a high number of candidates.
• You have strong and advanced sourcing skills and relevant experience with tools and applicant tracking systems.
• You have great interpersonal communication skills and a good level of emotional intelligence.
• You stand out with your can-do attitude and are confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
• You have excellent language skills in English and German.
