Ramp Agent (m/f/d) with relocation bonus

For our partner Gi Group Germany at the Aiport Leipzig/Halle we are looking for Ramp Agents (m/f/d).

Tasks

• You work directly on the airport tarmac, which is why you have to pay special attention to securing the parcels
• You are responsible for loading the air freight containers onto the aircraft
• We pay attention to quality, so the final inspection will be an important process for you too
• You are responsible for unloading roll containers or loosely loaded packages
• You lift, carry and sort packages of up to 23kg
• You sort and load parcels according to zip codes
• Timely provision of freight shipments and shipping documents are part of your tasks
• You take care of the transport of the freight on the apron of the airport
• Data acquisition of the shipments by hand scanner is part of your day-to-day business

Requirements

• Before you can start as a ramp agent, you will always be deployed in the warehouse for at least 6-8 weeks
• You will quickly become familiar with handling hand-held scanners
• The permanent shift system of our client is interesting
• You are characterized by flexibility and a high level of willingness to work as well as physical activity
• Hig degree of independence as well as good time management and communication skills round off your profile
• Minimum age of 18
• Positive Z P (official proof of examination of trustworthiness). We will support you with the paper work and cover the costs of the Z P.
• Good language level (at least B1) in German or English
• Lifting and carrying products up to 23kg
