(Senior) Product Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager (f/m/d) to join our dynamic product team and help us building the digital future of logistics. Tasks

• You are the point of contact for our business teams to understand and gather customer pain points and generate innovative ideas to solve them.
• You are responsible for feature ideation, product development, product management and review as well as for developing and communicating the roadmap for your product scope.
• You work together with other product managers and the management team to align the product vision and strategy across the company.
• You are responsible that product discovery and development is centered around the customer and closely aligned with the business stakeholders. This includes user research, documentation, translating business requirements to user stories and acceptance criteria, story estimation and prioritization based on clear business impact and effort estimations.
• You manage your product backlog to enable fast experimentation of new features and implement refined UX/UI and A/B testing to discover the right product fit that unlocks full market potential.
• You ensure that the development squad you are working with understands the customer pain point you want to solve and the business value of the feature. You are the point of contact for the squad during implementation.
• You work with QA to make sure they understand the requirements and the acceptance criteria of the product features and you are the point of contact to prioritize the importance of reported issues during development.
• You will drive a comprehensive product perspective also by contributing to creating internal and customer-facing product documentation, by educating the business teams on new features and by leading the presentation of your new features at sprint demo/reviews as well as by analyzing data and by sharing feature impacts.
• You also collect feedback from customers and analyze them to generate effective ideas that solves real problems and goes beyond customer expectations The WOW Factor .
• You champion and drive learning in your squad, in the product team and across the organization.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience as Product Manager in web, software or mobile development
• You have demonstrated technical product ownership with B2B or B2C services
• You have a data-driven approach to product development and growth with a strong focus on impact
• You have a deep understanding and appreciation for users with a genuine creative passion to solve their problems.
• You have a proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment and diverse teams
• Youhave experience working with agile methodologies and teams as well as using tools to manage ideas, prioritize features, drive your roadmap, manage development tasks and share knowledge
• You have the technical understanding to effectively communicate with the development teams as well as to quickly grasp business domain requirements
• Ideally, you have first experience in logistics as well as technical experience in integrations
• You are able to communicate effectively - written and verbally - in English, German is a plus
