Job Title: Managing Director Transaction Advisory Services

Location: New York City, New York 10001 onsite and must be vaccinated

Company requires all employees to be vaccinated

Salary or Hourly range: 200K to 250K plus generous bonus depending on experience DOE

Key Points of the role:

• Experience with public accounting firm and/or consulting firm; accounting, advisory, transaction experience.

• This person will be doing leadership transaction advisory for both the buy and sell side and managing the business financial due diligence.

  Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Extensive experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business development relationships.
• Strong current knowledge in one of the following: GAAP, SEC financial reporting issues, International Financial Reporting Standards, mergers and acquisitions, or transaction services

Responsibilities:

• Provide stellar leadership on buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
• Manage and coordinate client during the entire transaction process.
• Manage staff and provide feedback and guidance.
• Create and design client specific transaction advisory reports.
