Position Name: IT Service Delivery Level2

Responsibilities:

The IT Service Delivery L2 Service provides overall day-to-day and strategic leadership in the development, implementation and maintenance of all systems infrastructure platforms, hardware, and software in the following functional areas.

• Windows/Linux OS,
• Oracle/SQL DBA,
• DevOps,
• Network/Security/Infrastructure
• VoIP Communications and Contact Center management
• System Administration.

Support in-house projects to follow the global project framework and achieve requirement/timeline

Qualification:

• Build/develop/quality assurance of network
• Build/develop/quality assurance of Unix/Linux/Microsoft system
• Manage the CISCO phone system/knowledge of Cisco network system management
• In-house/outsourced application support
• Networking with global/regional IT team
• Manage/be part of projects to achieve timeline and to follow group policy
• Software asset management (License, Product/Hardware Life Cycle)
• Analyze, design, and implement the system or enhancements
• Manage to process business partner’s an internal user’s request

Business knowledge expected to deliver the service:

• English skills between native and business (Mainly communicating with another team overseas) and native Japanese skills.
• Strong technical background and experience with the Possession network
• Technical background and experience with Middleware such as Websphere ” Apache Tomcat, and Java.
• Technical background and experience with Unix/Linux/Windows OS implementation, migration, and management.
• Technical background and management experience with VMWare (VMkernel. Etc).
• Experience working on a variety of projects and technology areas
• Troubleshooting skills (patience and determination to find and solve problems)
• Technical background and management experience with Messaging systems (Lotus Note/MSExchange)
• Experience global projects which required communication by telephone/mail in English as amember or lead.
• Certificate or knowledge of ITILv3 based IT service management.
• Good analytical skills
• Developed communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of scripting for system management (VB, PowerShell, Bash, Pearl, etc)
• Experience in database management (Oracle 12c, Microsoft SQL)
• Experience with major project involvements
• Technical background and experience of Active Directory, Microsoft IIS
