Job Title: BTT Dealerboard Engineer
Duration: 1 year Contract
Location:Onsite at New York City.

Job Description:
  • BT ITS Dealerboard front and backend experience essential to include at a minimum
  • ITSProfile configuration changes (awareness of severity for any changes)
  • New Dealerboard build, configure and test from start to finish
  • PW & DDI additions, updates and fault-finding skills
  • Desk end turret hardware support
  • Exceptional Trade floor Dealer board experience
  • Work closely with vendors and staff, including but not limited to requirements gathering, build, testing and go live
  • Strong SIP, VoIP, and network knowledge (LAN/WAN and QoS)
  • BT ITS Dealerboard system experience
  • BTT Dealerboard system experience a plus
  • Responsible for delivering Dealer board infrastructure (turrets, private wire) and user migration for ITS
  • Provide lvl1 and lvl2 support at local level
  • Support any BAU paperwork for any current technologies
  • Support delivery of current technology
  • Support maintenance of current technology
  • Requires daily onsite support 7AM EST to 3 PM EST M-F
  • Daily checks for quality assurance
  • Required to manage Dealerboard moves and conduct quality assurance testing for Dealerboard and Recording
