Position Requirement:
Minimum of Bachelor's degree or it's equivalent in Human resource management or a related field with some technical experience.
Responsibilities
The consultant ensures business engagement and satisfaction is continually maintained, identifying and implementing innovations and continuous improvement initiatives
Responsible for the sourcing of candidates for assigned openings
Identify and execute opportunities to build talent pipelines
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and a successful recruitment outcome
Manage job briefing meeting to understand the job specification, ideal candidate profile and manage expectations
Understand and maximize the candidate experience within candidate care expectations, protocols/guidelines and ensure KPIs met
Follow best practice structured recruitment process
Provide recruitment expertise, advice and coaching to recruiters on recruitment decisions and market insights
Handle complex issues related to immigration and Human Resource Management ensuring corporate compliance.
Maintain and coordinate recruitment vendor relations and contracts
Understand the business and be aware of changes which may impact recruitment
