Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include the engineering design and support of both Voice and Video systems. Configuration, support and deployment of the Voice, Video & WebEx,
• Must have good knowledge of audio and Video codec.
• Must have knowledge and understanding on Video Products including Cisco Endpoints ( IX5000, DX70/80, MX200/700, CTS, TX, SX), Infrastructure including Cisco Call Manager, VCS, Conductor, Cisco Meeting Server, Telepresence management Suite, TMSXE.
• Manage and ensure good configurations and connectivity of new video enpoints, Provision endpoints for monitoring and ensure no alarms present during deployment.
• Must have experience with Cisco Telepresence systems: TMS,VCS,MCU/TP Server, ISDN gateways , CMS, MX/DX/SX.
• Nice to have good Knowledge on Cisco Call Manager (CUCM)
• Implementation of SIP trunks and routing protocols (SIP, H.323,SDP,RTP),TCP/UDP
• VCS Expressway, MRA, UCDT, Cisco IM&P Server , SIP Implementation & support to multi-vendor equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience supporting Video and Audio Conferencing in a Cisco environment
• 3+ years of experience working and maintaining Cisco Core Infrastructure and devices
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco Communication and Conferencing platforms: CUCM, SME, CMS, VCS, Expressways, Webex Meetings, Webex Series, CE or RoomOS Software and Jabber
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco Protocols: SIP, TLS, QoS, SRTP, and SCCP Signaling
• In-depth knowledge of network operations best practices and production support
• Experience working with spreadsheets, documents, and presentations tools to create and maintain technical and functional documentation
• Experience working and communicating with the user community, interpreting issues, understanding requirements, and deploying solution
• BA/BS degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
