When we have problems billing our customers or renewing their accounts. It is the job of the customer retention specialist/customer success to rebuild and maintain customer relationships.

The CRS/CS must efficiently manage retention and renewal activities to help reach the target subscription Renewals. The name of the game is to keep customers happy and renewing. 

Customer support is expected to use a variety of communication channels, such as voice, email, and chat, to provide end-to-end customer service.

 

The following duties are important in executing an effective Customer Retention Program for our Web Design Agency:

• Rebuild and maintain relationships with direct and in-force clients

• Provide Customer Servicing related to inquiries, policy changes, billing, and payments

• Gather the voice of the customer during the call

• Educate customers on the different self-service tools and our organization's policies

• Provides recommendations and solutions to complicated scenarios

• Take escalated calls for ownership and resolution of soft complaints

• You must be able to learn our tools like our CRMs, Chat Systems, Ticketing Systems, etc to be able to support clients the best way possible. 

• If you are familiar with Gohighlevel that is a huge plus!

 

Pay 

. Initial starting basic salary of ₱20,000 with regular appraisals. 

. Earn commissions on client upgrades, on account "saves" and client reviews.

. Attendance and Performance Bonus 

. We cover all of your government benefits Pa-IBIG and PhilHealth in addition to other benefits such as 13-month pay and paid vacation leaves. Plus major benefits for long-term employees.

. We train you and pay you. 

 

Note:

.This is an OFFICE POSITION. 

.Graveyard shift (our clients are in the U.S.). You will be required to work from 9:00 pm - 6:00 am Monday through Friday Philippine Time from our Angeles City Office.

Your Profile Qualification/s

  • College graduate Any 2-year course

  • Preferably a Business Degree

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Service function

  • Exposure to the Tech/Agency Industry is a plus

  • Has experience using multiple channels in customer servicing (live chat, social media, phone, Zoom)

• Problem Solver, Dynamic, and able to multi-task

• Sound knowledgeable in insurance processes
