Website Project Manager for Web Agency

Linkage Web Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Website Project Manager. 

You will work alongside our clients to develop websites. 

You are responsible for ensuring that the deliverables from our contract fall within the approved scope and budget. 

You'll collaborate with our development department to guarantee that all components of each project are compatible and that our development teams can fulfill customer demands.

Pay 

. Initial starting basic salary of ₱24,000 with regular appraisals. 

. Earn lots of high-paying commissions for positive client reviews (on top of your basic) 

. Attendance and Performance Bonus 

. We cover all of your government benefits Pa-IBIG and PhilHealth in addition to other benefits such as 13-month pay and paid vacation leaves. Plus major benefits for long-term employees.

Note:

.This is an OFFICE POSITION. 

.Graveyard shift (our clients are in the U.S.). You will be required to work from 9:00 pm - 6:00 am Monday through Friday Philippine Time from our Angeles City Office.

Qualifications & Skills 

• 2-3 years of website project management and/or web development experience in an agency setting

• Strong organizational skills to manage many projects with different deadlines

• Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 

• Experience managing technical and/or website development projects.

• Demonstrated experience with WordPress (WooCommerce and Shopify platforms a plus)

• Strong communication ability to handle client phone calls, chat, email, and zoom meetings.

• Familiar with project management tools and/or software packages.

• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively

• Strong attention to detail

• Willing to work on a night-shift schedule

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking and providing consistent and concise progress reports to stakeholders and leadership. 

• Defining project scope and giving clear instructions to the creative and development team

• Use project management tools to help establish and maintain efficient workflows. 

• Ensure account needs are properly communicated to project teams

• Manage workload, meet deadlines, track hours, and pay attention to project details

• Manage and review the quality of work to ensure it meets company standards

• Manage project tasks and communication with the team and keep projects on budget and on-time

• Collaborating with other project managers to ensure adequate staffing across all teams.

• Ensure account needs are properly communicated to project teams

• Perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure all requirements are met before project turnover to the client.

• Performing other duties as assigned.
