Tasks

Your mission

• Write modern C++ code and optimize the Qt 5/QML based UI of our new line of Snom desktop phones, making our VoIP platform the best in the world
• Perform code reviews based on our team guidelines and code conventions and advise on how to create a proper solution for a task
• Collaborate with members from our Berlin and remote teams in Hong Kong and Canada
• Refactor our existing code, improve quality, enhance guidelines and establish new designs
• Enhance our CI process

Requirements

Your profile

• Several years of practical experience as a Qt/QML C++ Developer, preferably in an embedded Linux environment
• Especially knowledgeable about using modern C++, STL and the C standard library
• Eager to write unit tests to help both your future self and your colleagues
• Profound knowledge in object-oriented architecture and design
• Familiar with Scrum agile development and tools like Git, GitLab, Gerrit, Jenkins, Jira and Confluence
• Fluency in English; working proficiency of German is a bonus
