The Candidate will have Elixir (language) with Phoenix (Framework).
If no Elixir experience then Java Script (Front end and back) along with NodeJS would be the easiest substitute.
Ruby/Rails is also doable, as well as Python Django.
However they will be doing Elixir Phoenix, so these above would be the easiest learning curves. And they must be open to learning it.
They will need to ultimately re-write the javascript code into Elixir.

Ecommerce is heavily preferred.
AWS/Cloud tools and services heavily preferred.
