Job Description

Ridgefield, CT
Contract Duration: 6-36 months
Rate: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent employment opportunity for a Leadership Development/Learning Professional in the Ridgefield, CT area.
  • This assignment will be to augment the learning and leadership development facilitation and delivery of current programs and potential new engagements with intact teams or leadership teams.
  • Delivery includes group facilitation, in-person and virtual facilitation and hands-on/one-on-one coaching.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to develop new content and enhance existing programs.
  • This role will partner with business leaders, at the function head level, in partnership with HR Business Partners to support team development and learning; make recommendations for team development/performance interventions; and ensure learning offerings are meeting organizational needs and are effective in their execution.
  • Learning and Leadership Development responsibilities include: Facilitation Curriculum Design and Development Collaboration with HR Business Partners and Senior Level Executives Influence Project Management Potential Organizational Development responsibilities include supporting: Leadership effectiveness Strategic change management Team engagement Culture work
  • The selected candidate would join a dynamic environment and help to ensure the seamless execution of these development programs while having the opportunity to support, develop, implement, and monitor various learning initiatives as part of the client's HR learning strategy.

Experience:

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
  • Candidates should have skills in collaboration, executive partnerships, vast experience in diagnostic tools and certifications, and engage proactively in ongoing needs assessment via the annual planning process with business clients.
  • Strong facilitation and execution of planned programs and new team engagements
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast paced, and evolving environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player and ability to influence without authority
  • Detail oriented with experience running projects and meeting deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Required Skills: COURSE DEVELOPMENT, LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, HR PROJECT MANAGEMENT, PROCESS FACILITATION, SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
  • Additional Skills: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
