Description:
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade complex instruments.
- At least 2 years experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a Field service or R&D environment.
- Provides assistance with testing and troubleshooting in a variety of engineering tasks. Assists in troubleshooting, assembling, and retrofitting prototypes.
- Experienced with electrical and mechanical devices, electrical wiring, fluidics components, schematics and technical drawings.
- Communications/ IT experience is a plus. Familiar with diagnostic software and remote access diagnostics.
- Assists with engineering related studies, processes, designs, inspections and/or quality audits.
- Provides assistance with gathering, recording and maintaining engineering specific information.
- Looking for a troubleshooter with a focus on "systems engineering". Technical education required. Some travel required. Occasional off shift hours may be required.
