Ecommerce Architect

This is a remote position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Development of cross-departmental solutions in the customer interaction area
  
• Definition of the e-commerce architecture and classification in the enterprise architecture, taking into account the "big picture"
  
• Handover of the enterprise solution architecture to the solution architects within the e-commerce area
  
• Identifying and working out dependencies between domains and departments
  
• Support for the initiative architects, initiative managers, product owners and cell architects with regard to requirements and the effects of technical implementation options
  

Requirements

Skills Required:

• Studies with a focus on information technology or comparable training
  
• Very good understanding of the tasks of an e-commerce backend including its integration into a global e-commerce and ERP landscape
  
• Practical experience in the field of APIs (HTTP / REST)
  
• Good understanding of integration technologies (middleware, API gateways)
  
• Demonstrable experience in the design of cross-platform system architectures
  
• Experience with shop systems such as Spryker, Oxid, Magento or Hybris
  
• Ideally experience with tools for documenting architectures, eg LeanIX
  
• Agile mindset, communication skills and very good knowledge of English
