Land Survey Manager

National full-service engineering firm is hiring a Land Survey Manager for their team in San Diego!

Responsibilities:

• Lead production teams to provide land surveying services
  
• Project Management duties
  
• Support drafting, bidding and subsequent contract mitigation project specifications and their execution
  
• Prepare project documentation/deliverables
  
• Develop survey project plans/procedures
  
• Coordinate projects and communicate changes
  
• Assist Survey Managers/Directors
  
• Communicate with clients
  
• Ensure on-call survey contract needs are accurate and completed for City/Municipal clients
  
• Process 3D topographic scan data
  
• Mentor/train field crews/junior office staff on collection/processing of 3D topographic scan data
  
• Coordinate field data collection with sub-contractors as needed
  
• Prepare QQTRs and lineout crews
  
• Review field data
  
• Assist Survey Directors/Managers with QA/QC processes and training development
  

Requirements:

• BS degree with a focus on Land Surveying
  
• LSIT
  
• 5+ years of experience
  
• CA PLS preferred
