As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives targeting top prospects and increase our visibility in the market. You have a proven sales track record along with a hunger for continuous development leading to the realization of organizational goals. You would enjoy the opportunity to:

  • Develop and lead a high performing sales team fromaccount executives to sales managers
  • Lead the strategic planning process for the sales and marketing departments
  • Gather market and competitor intelligence to support long-term strategy goals


Requirements

We are looking for people who:

  • Have the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales
  • Have a positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for their successes and failures
  • Have exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
  • Are Top Producers in their current role
  • Have a sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly, and monthly activities will help achieve them
  • Strong knowledge or experience in B2B (Translation, Interpretation industry preferred)
  • Have 5+ years of managing a full sales cycle (prospecting to close)
