Job Description
- Handling travel arrangements for both B2B and B2C clients efficiently.
- Proficient in creating travel itineraries and issuing tickets, hotels, and packages.
- Able to Reissue/Refund, and reconciliation of accounting statements.
- Develop and manage relationships with our B2B and
B2C Clients. Proactive in handling the requirements.
- Up-to-date with new/amended fares on travel.
