Job Description:

The successful applicant will be a member of the service and support team. It is a varied role comprising of remote help desk support. The position requires the employee to deal with end users and suppliers of hardware and software to provide excellent service to our clients.

We are looking for someone who....
  • has come from a technical support background and who is comfortable with providing phone desk and onsite support to clients.
  • is willing to work closely and communicate openly to colleagues, clients and suppliers.
  • is happy to further their skills as they progress with their role.


Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Very strong communication skills
  • Can troubleshoot in an articulate and comprehensive way
  • 3+ years of experience with a IT Server Provider.
  • Strong background with systems like AD, Azure AD, Intune, Defender, 365, Exchange, Office Suite, Linux etc. (or any similar programs)
  • Experience in using different tools Putty, Cli, 365, Powershell, and the likes.
  • Experience in coding languages is desirable but is not a pre-requisite.
  • Knowledge of standard hardware devices and their particular roles.
  • Understanding of the concept and implementation of networking.
  • Some knowledge of prominent brands, software, systems, and networking equipment.
  • Proficient in maintaining internal IT records.
  • Good communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Open to new learning opportunities.
