Job Description

- Conducting cost benchmarking
- Introducing and registering new vendors
- Work on the new initiatives together with the team to improve the performance
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders
- Drafting contracts
- Conduct commercial evaluation
- Addressing vendor claims relating to procurement or bid process
- Co-ordination with the end user to avoid any delay in the procurement and contracts process.
- Receiving and maintaining the performance and bid bonds
- Follow with the vendors to finalize and sign the contracts, and PO's
- Monitor the contracts duration and its renewals, and PO's
- Performs other related duties as assigned
