  • Understanding client requirements and project KPIs
  • Setting up scalable, flexible and resilient systems
  • Managing existing application environments and setting up new environments
  • Managing application DR environments as per BCP
  • Documenting infrastructure prerequisites along with backup and disaster recovery processes
  • Maintaining and monitoring operations of existing application infrastructure
  • Ability to work on on-premise as well as cloud resource hosting for cloud SPs such as Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Implementing various development, testing, automation tools and IT infrastructure
  • Defining and setting automated development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation using various tools like Azure DevOps
  • Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing manual effort
  • Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
  • Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management. Coordination with internal security teams for performing these activities and ensuring compliance with the environments
  • Incidence management and root cause analysis
  • Coordination and communication within the team and with clients
  • Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools
  • Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
  • Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the clients
  • Liaising with developers to deploy and manage code changes, work with operations staff to ensure that systems are up and running smoothly
  • Mentoring and guiding the team members


Requirements


  • Experience working on Windows and Linux-based infrastructure
  • Understanding of Python, PHP, Node.js, .NET, shell scripting and other frameworks for application hosting is an advantage
  • Configuration and managing databases like SQL server, MySQL, Postgre etc.
  • Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services like Azure DevOps
  • Proficient in containerization platforms like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Docker swarm, Kubernetes for scheduling and automating the deployment, management and scaling of containerized applications and multi-container architecture based on Azure Kubernetes cluster
  • Implementation knowledge of Azure Container Registry to store docker images, Azure Application Gateway and different types of Load balancers
  • Knowledge of Binary artifact repository managers like JFrog Artifactory, and Sonatype Nexus Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
  • Understanding of code analysis tools like Veracode, Sonarqube
  • Understanding the microservice architecture
  • Proficiency in building CI/CD pipeline and deployment
  • User authentication and authorization between multiple systems through SSO, Azure active directory, MFA and understanding of API security
  • Strong proficiency on Github workflow for project execution
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills


Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or staffing agency) with technology skillsets such as software development, project management, data analysis and business analysis A good understanding of technology and technical skills Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
