Job Description

- Support and drive the day-to-day HR requirements as assigned.
- Play an integral role in understanding and improving employee engagement, female diversity and localization initiatives.
- Leading overseas and local recruitment campaign to ensure the manpower required is secured and selected as per the manpower plan.
- Managing complex employee relations cases and providing appropriate solutions in line with the labor law and company policy.
- Regularly meet with key stakeholders to ensure quality HR support is extended, and main HR related issues are identified and addressed/escalated.
- Conducting/supporting the performance management processes and requirements.
- Support with assessing the training needs and working closely with the training team to monitor training & development programs.
- Support the annual talent review cycle and succession plans.
